At Core Moto, you must obtain authorization for a return before shipping any item back. Most products offered by Core Moto are made by hand and built to the custom option selections chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

As for their shipping policy, Core Moto brake lines are made to customer custom option choices. Each kit can be configured in so many different color options, that they do not stock any pre-made kits. Each kit requires different labor time to build depending on details and complexity. If a customer wants a brake line order put in front of other previous orders to be the next kit built, an Expedite fee will apply to the order. The expedite fee only covers the build time, not the shipping method. Expedited Shipping method is a separate charge from the build fee.

For international shipments, the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Core Moto does not offer UPS Next Day air on their website. If you want Next Day Air shipping, you will need to contact them for a quotation.
